View, breakfast, modern design, cake at 4 o'clock, glass with sweets
Reception. We had booked for 9 days. We were there at 2:00 instead of 3:00. Instead of being welcomed, the first remark was that we were too early. We knew that ourselves. Everything else was top - so it's a shame for this first impression.

The best and worst parts
The pool time slots for adults and kids created a comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast options were diverse, with gluten-free and sugar-free treats available.
Parking was a hassle and felt quite cramped.

The parking situation felt cramped and could use better management!!! The lack of kitchen dining options left me searching for meals elsewhere!!!

Location is fantastic, directly at the sea and only a few minutes away from the old town, modern facilities, friendly staff, afternoon snack, mineral water daily in room, good breakfast with lots of choice
Cleanliness of the room: hair in the bed and in the shower and on the room floor, room floor had some additional stains, the worst was the toilet (numerous brown stains on the right side of the toilet and under the toilet seat)

Ostend beach vibes 🇧🇪🌊
The breakfast was lekker, so much variety and even sugar-free options! Loved chilling by the pool with the kids, and the free bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. The staff were super friendly.
The view from my room wasn't great, but it didn't ruin the holiday. Got a good night's sleep though!

The hotel is well located; beach, shops and a large variety of restaurants are in the proximity. Very friendly staff and very helpful.
We didn't take the breakfast since it was too expensive. The daily charge for the parking was aslo high (22€ per day).

The family room was bright and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast spread was splendid and excellent, with lots of freshly made options. The location was very central, marvellous in front of the sea. And it was also really close to all interesting surroundings shopping street, restaurants, grocery shops, the town centre and the beach and the coastal tram. We needed a place for celebrating birthday, everything was perfect.
